A life transition is a significant shift from one life stage, role, or situation to another, requiring adaptation to new circumstances, identity, and direction. It often involves endings and new beginnings, and may bring uncertainty, stress and mixed emotions. Life transitions often place us in a liminal space — a time of uncertainty, pause, and reorientation. Old ways of understanding yourself or your life may no longer fit, while what comes next has not yet taken shape. The familiar personal story feels interrupted, and you may find yourself standing at a crossroads. Midlife, in particular, can bring one of the most meaningful transitions. Rather than something to fix or rush through, this period can be understood as a threshold — a time that deeply influences the clarity, alignment, and quality of the life ahead.
As a Life Transition Coach, I support clients during these in-between moments — helping them slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. My work integrates coaching structure with psychological depth, drawing from Gestalt-informed, trauma-informed and awareness-based approaches. I accompany people through moments when identity is reorganizing — helping them stay present, make meaning, and choose what comes next.
Each meeting offers a mindful, supportive space to explore what feels most relevant right now: we find a space to pause, reflect and realign. We pay attention to thoughts, emotions, and body awareness, and gently explore what may support change. From this place, forward movement becomes more intentional, grounded, and authentic.

- navigate a specific emotional or relational challenge,
- restore balance, focus, and self-trust.
How It Works
- Individual 50 minutes online sessions
- short-term period, depending on your needs
Payment and Cancelation Policy:
To confirm your first session, full payment is required in advance. Please note that this payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a link for your online meeting.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before our scheduled time.
Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance are considered a completed session and are charged in full.
If payment for a session is pending, further consultations will be paused until the balance is cleared. In the event of lateness, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and cannot be extended.
The fee for one session is $60 USD.
The package of 6 sessions for $320 USD (prepaid).
A session is considered completed once we have met and held the consultation at the scheduled time.
Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.

Сновидение — как дверь в потаённую комнату. Среди старинных вещей и загадочных персонажей там прячутся наши желания и страхи. Издавна считалось, что вытесненные истории и переживания хранятся именно там, за закрытыми замками. Иногда эти замки приоткрываются, и на поверхность выходит материал, который стоит рассмотреть внимательнее — не для того, чтобы "обмануть сознание", а чтобы лучше понять собственные импульсы и внутренние движения.
Как это работает: записывай свои сны в блокнот, а затем приноси на встречу тот, который хочется рассмотреть в "здесь и сейчас". Обрати внимание на то КАК ты выбираешь сон для разбора - мы об этом поговорим тоже. Для чего это: 1) прожить свой сон «изнутри» и увидеть новые смыслы; 2) исследовать скрытые переживания в безопасной атмосфере; 3) найти свежие идеи и новые способы реагировать; 4) расширить контакт с собой и своим бессознательным.
📍Группа встречается раз в три недели, по средам, с 19:00 до 20:30 в районе Редмонда (Union Hill).
👥 Состав группы открытый (от встречи к встрече участники могут меняться). Максимум — 3 человека за раз, чтобы каждый успел прожить свой опыт. Поэтому важно бронировать место заранее.

Expressive movement group coaching.
Based on the experiential and relational approach, the participants of the session will be grouped in pairs. Each pair will do a partner work following the steps described further. In the partnership, each partner will have a role: a protagonist – the one who tells the story, and a receiver – the one who watches, reflects and responds. Wear comfortable clothing, barefoot or socks, bring a bottle filled with water.
The steps of the process worked in partnership:
1) The protagonist will be asked to remember difficult life situations to which he/she has uneasy or undefined feelings.
2) The protagonist will be asked to express this situation and feelings using only their body language and gestures.
3) The receiver will be asked to reflect his/her feelings, emotions, reactions, body sensations and images that were arising when they were in contact with protagonist.
4) The two (receiver and protagonist) will be asked to engage in spontaneous dialogue, using only body language and gestures, to communicate with each other whatever will arise.
5) At the end of the process, the protagonist will be asked to note everything that was important during this process. The notes can be taken in writing in silence, can be spoken out to the group, or memorized and integrated with time.
These sessions are offered in group format of 2 to 4 people.
Fee $35 per person for 90-min (with 10-min break) group session.
