Kristina Ivanova is a Life Transition Coach supporting adults navigating periods of change, uncertainty, and reorientation — including midlife transitions. Her work offers a reflective, non-clinical space to pause, explore patterns, clarify values, and reconnect with inner resources during life’s in-between moments.
Her coaching approach is integrative and awareness-based, drawing from Gestalt principles, mindfulness, and embodied experience. Kristina’s work is grounded in respect for each person’s unique rhythm, history, and capacity for growth. She believes that transitions, while often challenging, can become meaningful thresholds when met with presence, curiosity, and support.
Kristina completed a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and training in Gestalt Therapy. Based on her current qualifications, her work in this area is limited to supporting Russian-speaking immigrants and follows clear ethical guidelines.
Kristina was born in Moscow, Russia, where she lived for 24 years before immigrating to the United States in 2009. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Law from the Russian State Academy, specializing in Civil Law, and later received an Associate of Arts degree in Paraprofessional Accounting in the US.
Movement has been central to her life since childhood, when her grandmother brought her to her first dance class at age 12. Today, she is a passionate Argentine tango dancer, instructor, and DJ, as well as a yoga teacher and meditation practitioner. In 2013, Kristina completed her yoga teacher training at the College of Purna Yoga and received Reiki Level 1 attunement. She also offers guided and personalized meditation practices to support mind–body balance and self-regulation.
