Kristina Ivanova was born in Moscow, Russia where she lived with her family for 24 years. She successfully completed her BS in Law Degree from the Russian State Academy with a specialty in the Civil Law, and after she moved to the United States in 2009, she received her AA degree in Paraprofessional Accounting.
Kristina was actively dancing and participating in various dance shows since 12 years old, the time when her grandma took her to her first dance lesson. Nowadays, Kristina is a passionate and dedicated Argentine tango dancer, instructor and DJ as well as a yoga teacher and meditation practitioner.
Kristina's passion for learning, exploring and engaging in different fields brought her into yoga and meditation. She received her yoga teacher certificate from the College of Purna Yoga in 2013, and she received the attunement of Reiki, Level 1. Kristina offers general guided meditation sessions to calm and balance mind/body, as well as personalized meditation sets to address individual needs.
In 2020 Kristina started pursuing her dream education in Counseling Psychology and Gestalt Psychotherapy. While she is still in training and working hard toward completing her full education in this field, she has already accomplished important milestones and stared her professional career in mental health counselling and psychotherapy under the supervision.
